Returns & exchanges

14-day window

Pieces can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and still have their tags attached.

How to start

Message us on Instagram or email us with your order number and the piece you want to exchange. We'll arrange a Bosta pickup and confirm the new size or item.

Costs

Return shipping is covered by the customer, except when the item arrived faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered — then we cover everything.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or by InstaPay transfer for cash-on-delivery orders, within 7 business days of receiving the item back.
