Where we ship

We deliver to all governorates in Egypt through Bosta. Orders are dispatched within one business day and typically arrive in 3 to 4 business days.

Delivery fees

Delivery is a flat 40 EGP. Orders of 1,500 EGP or more ship free, applied automatically at checkout.

Payment on delivery

Cash on delivery is available nationwide. If you paid by InstaPay or Telda, your order is dispatched once the transfer is confirmed.

Tracking

Use your order number on the Orders page to follow your order through pending, confirmed, shipped and delivered.
